ok, i saw your link on bryan's page and had never seen you 365, so i clicked...
i attempted to make hummus in my blender on sunday. it was a horrific mess. i had to bring it to my mom's all lumpy and use her food processor. now, i need one for sure.
Try adding so more liquid in the beginning and slowly add the garbonzo beans. We have often done it here at the shop with a blender. It's just a matter of mastering your order. :-)
